TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings and service requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Snowsports Concierge. A booking is considered confirmed once written confirmation has been provided and the required payment has been received.

2. Payments

Payment details and deadlines will be communicated during the booking process. Unless agreed otherwise, all services must be paid in full before the scheduled activity or service takes place.

3. Cancellations by the Guest

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled activity.

  • 50% of the total booking amount will be charged for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled activity.

  • 100% of the total booking amount will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity or in case of a no-show.

4. Weather, Snow & Mountain Conditions

Mountain conditions are constantly changing. The safety and quality of every experience remain our highest priority.

Snowsports Concierge reserves the right to modify routes, locations, schedules or activities due to weather, snow conditions, avalanche risk or any other factor affecting safety or the quality of the experience.

The professional judgement of your guide regarding mountain conditions, terrain selection and the feasibility of an activity is final.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their skiing or snowboarding ability, physical condition and any relevant medical conditions.

Guests must follow the instructions of their guide at all times and ensure they have suitable clothing and equipment for mountain environments.

6. Equipment

Unless otherwise stated, lift passes, rental equipment, avalanche safety equipment, food and beverages are not included in the service price.

Snowsports Concierge is happy to assist with selecting and arranging suitable rental equipment but is not responsible for the quality, availability or condition of equipment provided by third-party suppliers.

7. Liability & Insurance

Mountain activities involve inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated, even with professional guidance.

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel, accident, medical and mountain rescue insurance.

Snowsports Concierge cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, resort closures, lift interruptions or failures of third-party services.

8. Concierge & Third-Party Services

When arranging reservations, accommodation, transportation, activities or other services provided by external partners, Snowsports Concierge acts solely as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for the performance, availability, pricing or conditions of these third-party services.

9. Changes to Services

Snowsports Concierge reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to itineraries, timings, locations or activities where necessary to ensure safety, maintain service quality or respond to changing conditions.
