By submitting a booking request, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking process

• After receiving your request, we will contact you to confirm all details and send an invoice.

• Your booking is only confirmed once the invoice has been paid in full.

2. Payment & cancellation

• Payment must be completed before any services are provided.

• Cancellations made [X days] prior to the booking date are eligible for a refund, minus a [Y%] service fee.

• Cancellations within [X days] of the booking date are non-refundable.

3. Service guarantee

• Snowsports Concierge will provide a qualified, certified guide for the duration of your booking.

• While we strive to deliver the best possible experience, weather and mountain conditions are beyond our control. Safety is always our priority.

4. Liability

• Participation in skiing, snowboarding, and mountain activities involves inherent risks.

• Snowsports Concierge and its guides cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of property.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel, accident, and liability insurance.

5. Governing law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law.
