WHY WE STARTED
After years of guiding across Austria and beyond, we realised many guests were looking for more than a ski instructor or a mountain guide. They wanted someone who could shape the entire day around their wishes, adapt to the conditions and take care of every detail along the way. That's why we founded Snowsports Concierge — to combine exceptional mountain experiences with genuine hospitality, all tailored around the guest.

WHERE WE WORK
Our home base is Zell am See, placing us at the heart of some of Austria's finest mountain regions. While many of our experiences begin close to home, we regularly guide across the Austrian Alps, always choosing the destination that best matches your ambitions and the conditions of the day.
MEET TOMAS STOOP
What started as a winter season quickly became a lifelong profession. Over the past 14 years, Tomas has guided guests across Austria, Switzerland, Japan and Australia, earning some of Austria's highest ski and snowboard qualifications along the way. Calm, approachable and genuinely passionate about hospitality, he believes every guest deserves a day that feels completely their own. whether that's chasing fresh powder, exploring a new resort or simply enjoying great company in the mountains.
Years in hospitality taught him that guests rarely remember every turn they made, but they always remember how a day felt. Today, that same philosophy shapes every recommendation, from the perfect lunch stop to the final drink overlooking the mountains.
